Counseling, negotiation, drafting and due diligence review of purchase agreements, leases, title insurance and other real estate documents in connection with commercial and residential real estate transactions. We also issue legal opinions regarding the condition of title and are available to represent buyers or sellers at real estate closings.

Preparation and/or review of all documentation necessary for a loan including verifying compliance with all Federal and State regulations, from disclosures to limitations on interest rates.
