In the 23
rd episode of our popular #AskaPro webinar series, we’re investigating the nuances of elder financial abuse reporting and SARs reporting for romance scams.
Dawn Pagon, our national manager of business development & client relations for credit unions will be moderating this session. If there was ever a name that was synonymous with credit unions, it is Dawn Pagon. She has been the primary contact for hundreds of the firm’s credit union clients – in Ohio and throughout the U.S. – for 25 years. Working closely with boards of directors, vice presidents, CEOs, and collections staff, she helps credit unions evaluate their current recovery strategies, and then works to find them effective solutions that meet their business objectives.
Sara has been with the firm for nearly 30 years, and during this time she has served as practice chair of five practice areas with our firm, and now works with clients and prospects in our sales department, building relationships and expanding our client base.
As the leader of the firm’s
Credit Union Representation Group, Matt represents credit union clients exclusively in Ohio and across the U.S. on a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory issues. Acting as general counsel, he advises his clients on labor and employment, trust and estate, and litigation and title dispute matters. He also performs regular transactional work, including contract review and negotiation, and counsels clients on commercial paper and check issues and other collection matters.
