With over 20 years of experience, Amanda helps her utility clients recover property damage claims, commercial account claims, and other contractual obligations. Amanda has always had a passion for reading and learning. She utilizes this skill by delving deep into her client’s industry and processes to maximize their recovery efforts.

Amanda believes that the key to successful utility property damage claim recovery hinges on the ability to interpret what the crews in the field have encountered in their assessment of the damage. Especially in contested litigation cases, the analysis of their findings is essential to uncovering responsibility and pursuing potential third parties who negligently or recklessly damage facilities.

Helping attorneys and accountants recover their fees is another key component of Amanda’s role. She provides knowledgeable assistance in getting a judgment and collecting it. Amanda helps clients understand the likelihood of collection before they expend their hard-earned money to chase an unpaid claim.

Amanda is a key ambassador for the firm’s annual United Way campaign, which has raised thousands of dollars as a direct result of her fundraising initiatives. She also volunteer’s for Summit County’s CASA program. On her days away from the office, Amanda can usually be found at one of her boy’s hockey, baseball, or swimming activities. She also enjoys family vacations to the beach.
