After spending 25 years managing the collections and risk operations of some of the largest financial institutions in the country – as a client of the firm - Dave made the move to Weltman in 2003 to oversee all the collections and probate operations. With his unique background and experience, Dave is in an excellent position to understand his client’s concerns, which allows him to create strategic recovery plans to help them meet their established objectives.
Many of Dave’s clients, and his colleagues, have described him as communicative, inclusive, and responsive, all of which are key reasons for his success in the development, implementation, and performance management of the firm’s consumer collections solutions. He makes a sincere effort to listen to his clients, and be responsive to their needs. He solicits regular feedback from clients, employees, and vendors, and uses that input as guidance to efficiently manage the day-to-day processes that drive recovery, and for the development of new solutions to help achieve liquidation goals.
Dave actively participates in several industry organizations, including previously serving as president and director of the Northern Ohio Credit Association. In his free time, Dave can usually be found at one of his kid’s sporting events, golfing, or traveling.
