Kate brings valuable experience to Weltman from her internship at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania where she interned during law school. Kate also worked as a law clerk at Fiffik Law Group, PC to prepare her for litigation and the collections world. Her clients include collection receivables personnel, those in financial services, and national creditors working in vendor services. Kate’s peers have described her as attentive in the way she handles her cases.
She previously enjoyed her role at Joule: Duquesne’s Energy and Environmental Law Journal, where she stood as the Managing Editor from 2023-24. In Kate’s free time, she enjoys hiking, running, traveling, baking, and painting. She also enjoys exploring the beautiful city of Pittsburgh, PA!
