Weltman Welcomes Associate Director of Litigation & Complex Collection Janice Malishefski to the Firm

CLEVELAND - Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors' rights law firm with over 94 years of client service, is pleased to announce the addition of Janice Malishefski as the firm’s Associate Director of Litigation & Complex Collection.

With over 27 years of professional experience, Janice Malishefski brings a wealth of knowledge in leadership, operations, and process improvement. In her role as Associate Director of Litigation & Complex Collections Janice assists attorneys with management of complex case files and pleadings. In addition, she promotes and maintains positive relationships with new and existing clients, becoming a key contact for high-level matters. She leads the department’s client satisfaction measurements, ensuring that work is performed according to client guidelines and that client communications are accurate and timely.  

“The Litigation and Complex Collection department is thrilled to welcome Janice to our team,” says shareholder Amy Clum Holbrook. “While we already have a talented group of attorneys and legal support professionals, Janice's expertise in operations and process improvement will introduce exciting changes and bring a fresh balance to our legal team.”
