Danielle is an attorney with Weltman’s Consumer Collections team, where she applies a collaborative and client-focused approach to assisting financial institutions with resolving delinquent accounts. Her background in commercial real estate transactions provides a strong foundation for navigating complex legal and financial matters, ensuring her clients receive thorough and dependable advocacy.
Danielle earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2024, where she was recognized for her excellence in oral advocacy, receiving the J. Carro Consummate Advocate Award. She was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers, reflecting her dedication to advocacy and public speaking. Before joining Weltman, Danielle clerked at GE Aviation (now GE Aerospace), A,l Neyer and Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker, gaining valuable experience in corporate and real estate law. She honed her expertise in drafting complex contracts, handling real estate transactions, and navigating the intricacies of business agreements.
Originally from Crestwood, Kentucky, and the youngest of four siblings, Danielle enjoys an active lifestyle. She finds balance through kickboxing, creative pursuits like cross-stitching, and curating perfect playlists on Apple Music.
