Ivy grew up in a small town in Wisconsin but found her passion in the vibrancy of city life in Chicago. Her involvement in college athletics as a pole vaulter speaks volumes about her dedication and discipline. The rigorous training, commitment to improvement, and the mental fortitude required for pole vaulting showcases her ability to set goals, work tirelessly towards achieving those goals, and maintaining focus under pressure. Ivy also ventured on several journeys to Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica, honing her Spanish skills and delving into diverse cultures.
