In his role, Robert partners with several internal departments to ensure that clients and debtors are properly accounted for and cases are handled with company compliance. He also oversees the maintenance of Weltman’s Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Detroit offices along with facility staff.
Robert manages various procedures and process improvement, including legal mail processing, legal executions, front desk operations, and maintaining and monitoring client files. He also oversees and maintains payment processing for the firm.
Robert prides himself on developing goals and metrics for all operation departments for the success of the firm. He received his MBA from Ashland University and leverages over 19 years of professional experience.
