CLEVELAND - Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (Weltman), a full-service creditors' rights law firm now in its 90th year of client service, is pleased to announce attorney
Milos Gvozdenovic has been named chair of the Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section of the
Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA). In this role, Milos will oversee the development of the O’Neill Institute, which provides advanced programming and networking in bankruptcy and commercial law, and the Morgenstern Clarren Consumer Bankruptcy Institute, amongst other responsibilities. “It was just an honor that the CMBA Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section Executive Committee members who preceded me thought to ask me to be a member of the Committee. In my new role as chair, I plan to uphold the expectations the Committee members had when they asked me to join a few years ago. My main goal as chair is to help the CMBA navigate this pandemic to continue to provide quality services to its members, while properly adjusting those services to coincide with the major changes to our day-to-day lives,” reflected Milos.
Milos practices in the firm’s Bankruptcy Group, and operates out of Weltman’s Cleveland office. He earned his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and his B.A. cum laude in political science from Cleveland State University.
Milos is licensed in Ohio, and is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Washington. He is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society.
