Weltman Welcomes Two New Cleveland Attorneys Ryan Mudra and Jenna Rosen

CLEVELAND - Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors' rights law firm with over 94 years of client service, is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Ryan Mudra and Jenna Rosen to the firm’s Cleveland, OH office. Ryan is in the firm’s Consumer Collections Group and Jenna is in the firm’s Litigation & Complex Collections Group.
Ryan's unique ability to balance firm legal advocacy with a soft, more consolatory approach ensures clients receive results-driven representation that is both personalized and empathetic. He is dedicated to providing effective, client-focused legal solutions in the consumer collections field. With years of experience representing nurse staffing agencies and contingent skilled labor staffing agencies, Ryan has honed his skills in negotiating settlements, handling mechanics' liens, and managing payment bonds under both the Miller Act and private contracts.

“I am very excited to be joining the Weltman family,” says Ryan. “I look forward to building on my past collections experience to develop new skills and provide clients with the exceptional service for which Weltman is known.”

“I am pleased to welcome Ryan to our team,” says shareholder and Consumer Collections Group chair David Head. “Ryan’s excitement and thirst for knowledge is refreshing. I am excited to witness him grow as an attorney with the firm for years to come.”
Mainly serving credit unions and banks, Jenna demonstrates poise and assertiveness in her litigation & complex collections solutions. She knew she wanted to become an attorney during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously on a different career path, she reassessed her plans for the future and decided to go to law school during her junior year at the University of Southern California and got her J.D. at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Since that decision, she has been a law clerk at several established companies and worked her way up to passing the Ohio Admissions Bar. Now, an attorney at Weltman, she has applied her experiences and drive to the ever-changing firm and industry.

“I'm delighted to welcome Jenna to our Litigation & Complex Collections team,” says shareholder Amy Clum Holbrook. “Her enthusiasm and attentiveness to detail will be invaluable as we continue to tackle complex challenges and deliver exceptional results for our clients.”

“I’m incredibly excited to embark on this new chapter in my career and to learn from a respected and experienced team,” says Jenna.
