Shareholder Casey Hicks Joins the Illinois Creditors Bar Association (ILCBA) Board


CHICAGO
– Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a full-service creditors' rights law firm with over 92 years of client service, is pleased to announce that shareholder and Chicago office managing attorney Casey Hicks has become a board member of the Illinois Creditors Bar Association (ILCBA)!

The Illinois Creditors Bar Association was founded in 1995 by a small group of consumer collection and subrogation attorneys and is the largest state-based creditors bar association in the country. 

When asked about this new adventure, Casey stated, “I am excited to join the board and to work closer with my colleagues to advance the mission of the organization!”

Attorney Greg Czaicki is also a current board member. When asked about Casey joining, Greg stated, “Casey’s extensive experience in the creditors’ rights area and as a shareholder at Weltman will be of great benefit to the ILCBA.”

Casey is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association. She has been named to the 2022 Notable Women in Law for Crain’s Chicago Business and received the MReport Magazine 2017 Women in Housing Award. In her spare time she volunteers at the American Lung Association.
